If you contact us, we collect the details you choose to submit, including your name, work email, organisation, role and message. Source, campaign and product identifiers may be attached so we can understand which service prompted the enquiry.

When you visit our website, limited data may also be collected through our first-party service and, with consent, third-party analytics and marketing tools, including:

• IP address (truncated/anonymised where possible)

• Pages visited and interactions
• Usage behaviour (such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation)

3. Tools we use

Our first-party MatLogica tracker records page visits, meaningful link clicks, scroll depth and foreground reading time. It uses a temporary session identifier and does not read form values, source code, calculator inputs or MCP prompts.

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - to understand how visitors use our website
• Hotjar - to analyse user behaviour and improve website usability
• LinkedIn Insight Tag - to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn advertising and show relevant ads

The third-party tools may use cookies or similar technologies. Our first-party tracker does not set a cookie.
